Just to start things off . . .

This is our soi in Bangkok a few years back.  The entrance to the condo is visible on the left.

We were fortunate that while parking is at street level, everything else is above it.

Also, we're near a subway station.  The inconvenience was minimal.

Looking the other way on the soi.  One of the food vendors had a daughter. The daughter turned up on Street Meat Asia and married a wealthy foreigner.  She comes by the hood sometimes, in her nice clothes, gold jewelry, and hamburger sized dog.
